I hv came across a recipe that used egg white only , it looks nicer . Anyway thanks 4 your sharing . Have a nice day. Yah! you can use durian to make cake and you won.t switch to other kind of cake I promise . If you dare to try another Malaysian kind of durian soap , try this : cook some durian flesh with green beans + sago + coconut milk + pandan leaves + and lastly add in the egg . I go to Eden supermarket at Seven Corners in Falls Church. You might have to look in the freezer section for boxed fruit pulp removed from the pod. If you opt to buy the fruit itself, you can freeze what you don't use in small freezer bags. It keeps for a long time and is some kind of good! Try your local Vietnamese or Thai market.
