		<description>I am concerned with 529s as well.  I just had my first child in June and I am a regular reader of Money Magazine. Also, they don&#039;t have the article online, but if you could find a hard copy of August 2008, page 34, there is an article entitled, &lt;em&gt;Is a 529 Still the Top College Plan&lt;/em&gt;.

Overall, I keep hearing Utah as the best plan.  But I will let you do your own research.
