		<description>I&#039;ve had really good unagi at Kaz Sushi Bistro - very light and clean tasting. 

Also Sushi Taro (currently closed for renovations) has both freshwater and sea eel varieties. Definitely try the two and compare. People who can&#039;t stand freshwater usually like sea, and vice versa.

Eel also features in Italian cooking but I don&#039;t recall seeing it around DC, maybe someone else has and could chime in. Usually it&#039;s a Christmas Eve thing, part of the Feast of Seven Fishes...</description>
