Go to Thai Tanic and get the Angel Wings:

Chicken, crab meat, shrimp, water chestnuts, and cellophane noodles mixed with Thai herbs and spice stuffed in de-boned chicken wings then deep-fried served with sweet chili sauce.

I'm salivating just thinking of them.

I could eat thai every day. In VA, I go to thai pillin for lunch (best catfish dish around but no wine or alcohol). Also in VA, a standby (good value and good service) is busara (plus there is a huge golf store across the street). In MD, please try benjarong and thai farm. i like mom and pop operations that is why i have not listed chains like tara thai, etc. there is a lot more to thai food than pad thai....

I often get stuck in ordering my good old fallback of pad thai, but I love the pad gai at Thaiphoon. So good! Thaiphoon is also very affordable and delicious plus great for take out.
