I will not be receiving a comped attendance to see the Food Network stars, and I will not be paying to see them. BUT, if they happen to wander by, I would happily rub elbows with them.

I am just very excited about attending, and I wanted to share my excitement – as well as my intent to get the most for my money – with those who are interested.

As for my personal attendance, I didn’t really expect any one to care whether I am there or not. :)

I love that you think the readers should be excited about your (probably comped) attendance based on the list of overexposed FN celebrities. They've been advertising the thing so heavily and for so long in the Express that I honestly thought it had happened months ago.

Butter no but margarine for a year, now that would be a prize. I have never been to the convention center and am so excited to see Giada de Laurentiis’ presentation this weekend!
