Haha, I’ve spent the last two weekend slowly filling my fridge up with food. Last weekend was a chicken, preserved lemon and olive tagine, eggplant and chickpea curry, and a fennel and preserved lemon confit for eating with oily fish. This weekend, homemade mac and cheese and stewed apples.

Awww, thanks for the shout-out! Yesterday I made banana muffins/cupcakes with lemon sour-cream frosting – along with a bazillion cookie I’m selling for V-day.
