The hottest “ticketed” event in NatsTown since Stephen Strasburg’s Major League Debut on June 8, 2010 is an exclusive invitation-only stub to the Washington Nationals new uniform unveiling November 10 at Nationals Park.

And, if you’re not a premium client or season ticket holder who has already purchased your package in full, then a chance to attend the evening’s events will not be yours for the taking.

[Updated 8:52 p.m.] Details pertaining to the updated uniforms are still pending but the event itself will feature a “Fashion Show” following a cocktail reception in Nationals Park’s classiest bar — the Stars & Stripes Club. Players including Ryan Zimmerman, Tyler Clippard, Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez, Drew Storen, and Jordan Zimermann are tentatively scheduled to take their place on the catwalk while the exclusive group of invited guests take a gander at the Nats third uniform redesign in franchise history.

The first was in 2006 at Modell’s and the second was after the 2008 season when the Nationals unveiled the blue “stars and stripes” alternate home uniform and “script” away jerseys at ESPNZone.

The entirety of NatsTown may be without a ticket in-hand for the unveiling, but fans interested in checking out the new jerseys won’t be left hanging for too long. Jerseys will be available for viewing and purchase as soon as the following day, November 11, at the Nationals Park Team Store next to the Center Field gates.

Fans hoping to sneak a peek or buy the uni-upgrade off the rack can do so in the company of players who will be on-site signing autographs from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Store doors will stay open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the eleventh.

Note: The Nationals Park Team Store is the only place to purchase the new jerseys from November 11 to November 17. Fans will also receive 15% off the price of a new Nationals jersey when they trade in any MLB jersey at the team store through December 1.

  2. I love “Washington” in script, but that replica has fake stitching which is really bad. This photo has better detail of the fake stitches.
