The Baltimore-Washington Parkway headed North from DC is currently closed due to a massive sinkhole that popped up after the rain storm.
No, we’re not referring to Charm City herself, the hole popped up beneath the roadway just north of Laurel near Route 32, and while repairs were expected to be finished overnight, it looks like they won’t be finished until somewhere around Midnight Tonight. Expect delays going North on 95. If you’re headed up to the Nats/Phillies game that starts in about 30 minutes in Philadelphia, you’d better be prepared to be late!
