Snowstorm Inbound

Imagine my dismay this morning to awake on the 1st of March and find a fresh layer of snow on the ground. I was just starting to hope for some crocuses and daffodils, and now I fear for the little blooms. The Capital Weather Gang has an summary of the current weather system and predictions for the DC area, which mostly include us getting socked in the teeth with anywhere from 4 to 10 inches of the white stuff.

It’s been a snow-free winter here in the District, and it’d be nice to get one big storm before it’s all out, but I was really hoping we were done with all this crap!

I live and work in the District of Columbia. I write at We Love DC, a blog I helped start, I work at Technolutionary, a company I helped start, and I’m happy doing both. I enjoy watching baseball, cooking, and gardening. I grow a mean pepper, keep a clean scorebook, and wash the dishes when I’m done. Read Why I Love DC.
