Could the recent parking meter hike be reducing the number of parked cars in downtown DC? Looking for a spot today, it seems that spaces are plenty. More than I have ever seen on New Hampshire Avenue before. Maybe it is a combo of beautiful afternoon perfect for walking and an increase in Metro ridership. Or just a random Monday fluke.
