H Street hot spot The Red and The Black has opened its back patio, reports Frozen Tropics. If you’re looking for a Capitol Hill/Northeast spot to enjoy a happy hour as well as the beautiful weather, head on over. The bar also boasts nightly shows for a small cover — tonight hear the mod-psychedelic pop of Très Bien, starting at 9 p.m. Hit this up instead of the H Street Country Club tonight – the newest Atlas District installment is closed for the evening while they put some finishing touches on (read: repair and amend?) the mini golf course.
