Now this is getting ahead of the story. Councilman Kwame Brown apologized on Twitter this afternoon for what sounds like a decent-sized speeding ticket in the city. He was rushing to get to his daughter’s speech today and must’ve been caught. Thanks for the apology, Councilman, and we’re glad that no one got hurt.
