Lion at National Zoo Dies

Sad news from the Smithsonian National Zoo: one of their lions, Lusaka, died yesterday evening.  The zoo reports that the lion had been ill, as of late, due to a cancerous tumor that had grown on her back.  The Smithsonian currently has three other lions in its collection.
