The director of the Textile Museum has resigned, due in part to difficult financial times. The economy is definitely affecting everyone, especially non-profits like the Textile Museum that don’t have the benefit of being part of the Smithsonian umbrella. The Textile Museum is also going to be closed Mondays, starting next month.
