Zagat talks to Roberto Donna about Galileo

Zagat has a little interview with Roberto Donna about his plan to finally re-open Galileo this fall. It’ll be in the old Butterfield 9 spot.
Interesting questions about his plans for the layout and events, though nothing about whether the black duct tape on the front doors will return. I’m guessing “not right away, but eventually.”

ZB: What about service?
RD: There will be a big emphasis on service. I will be personally involved. It’s a small place and it’s easy to see what’s happening in the restaurant. There is nowhere to hide!
Let’s hope so, after the abominable service that he let go on for years and years at Bebo Trattoria…
